Trading Costs

What Does It Cost to Trade with Paradise Global Markets?

Published on September 30, 2026

Forex Lot Size Guide 2026 Micro, Mini & Standard The direct answer is that your cost depends mainly on which account you use, the spread available when you trade, your position size, and whether you keep the position open overnight.

As of 2026, Paradise Global Markets currently lists three main account types.

The Standard Account has spreads from 1.0 pips and zero commission.

The Pro Account has spreads from 0.6 pips and zero commission.

The Raw Account has spreads from 0.0 pips and charges US$3 per side per standard lot, which means US$6 for opening and closing one standard lot if the commission remains the same on both sides. All three accounts currently show a minimum deposit of US$100 or equivalent.

That gives us a good starting point.

But it is not the full answer.

When I compare the real cost of a trading account, I look at four things:

Spread

Commission

Overnight financing

Any other account or transaction charges that may apply

That matters because the smallest advertised spread is not always the same as the lowest total trading cost.

How do Paradise Global Markets spreads work?

Paradise Global Markets currently describes its spreads as variable and market driven. That means the spread can change according to market conditions rather than remaining permanently fixed.

The spread is simply the difference between the buy price and the sell price.

Imagine EUR/USD is showing:

Bid 1.17000

Ask 1.17010

The difference is one pip.

If one pip on your position is worth US$10, that one pip spread represents an approximate US$10 spread cost.

This is why I never read “from 0.0 pips” as “every trade costs zero.”

The word from matters.

A spread may become very tight when liquidity is strong, then widen during economic announcements, market openings or periods of lower liquidity.

Paradise currently lists:

Standard: from 1.0 pips

Pro: from 0.6 pips

Raw: from 0.0 pips

Does Paradise Global Markets charge commission?

It depends on the account.

The Standard and Pro accounts currently list zero commission.

The Raw account uses a different pricing structure. Paradise currently lists a commission of US$3 per side per standard lot.

So if you trade one standard lot and the position is opened and later closed, the commission would be approximately:

US$3 when opening

US$3 when closing

Total commission: US$6

This assumes one full standard lot and the published commission remaining unchanged.

The spread still needs to be considered.

A Raw account can have a very small spread, but the commission does not disappear.

A simple Paradise trading cost example

Let us compare three hypothetical EUR/USD trades using one standard lot.

For EUR/USD, one pip on a standard lot is commonly worth about US$10.

Standard Account Example

Assume the live spread is exactly 1.0 pip.

Spread cost:

1.0 × US$10 = US$10

Commission:

US$0

Illustrative transaction cost:

US$10

Pro Account Example

Assume the live spread is exactly 0.6 pips.

Spread cost:

0.6 × US$10 = US$6

Commission:

US$0

Illustrative transaction cost:

US$6

Raw Account Example

Assume the live spread is 0.1 pip.

Spread cost:

0.1 × US$10 = US$1

Round trip commission:

US$6

Illustrative transaction cost:

US$7

These are examples, not promised costs.

The actual spread at the moment of execution can be different, and the pip value also changes with the instrument and position size.

This example also shows something important.

A Raw account does not automatically win every comparison simply because the advertised spread starts from zero.

You have to add the spread and commission together.

Standard vs Pro vs Raw: Which costs less?

There is no single answer for every trader.

I would think about the accounts this way.

Standard Account

Paradise describes the Standard account as its simpler option.

It currently offers spread only pricing, spreads from 1.0 pips and zero commission.

For someone who wants straightforward pricing, this is easy to understand.

Pro Account

The Pro account currently has spreads from 0.6 pips with zero commission.

Paradise positions it for more active traders seeking tighter spreads and optimized conditions.

Raw Account

The Raw account currently offers spreads from 0.0 pips with a US$3 commission per side.

Paradise positions this account toward experienced and higher volume traders.

I would not choose based only on the label.

I would compare what the complete cost looks like for the exact instrument, lot size and trading frequency I intend to use.

What about overnight swap fees?

This is where trading costs can become less obvious.

A position held beyond the applicable daily rollover time may receive an overnight financing adjustment, commonly called a swap.

Paradise explains that the amount can depend on factors including the instrument, position direction, size, interest rate conditions and pricing model.

I think of this as the cost of time.

The spread affects the transaction.

Swap becomes relevant when the position remains open.

For example, imagine an illustrative overnight charge of US$6.50 per lot.

One night would cost US$6.50.

Ten applicable rollover periods could total about US$65 if the rate remained unchanged.

Real swap rates can change, so the live contract specification should always be checked before assuming a cost.

This is particularly important for swing traders who may keep positions open for several days or weeks.

Why total cost matters more than the headline spread

The FX market is enormous.

Final data from the Bank for International Settlements shows that global FX turnover averaged about US$9.5 trillion per day in April 2025, up 27 percent from 2022.

Deep global activity can contribute to competitive pricing in major currency pairs, but retail trading costs still vary by provider, account and market conditions.

The UK Financial Conduct Authority reviewed CFD pricing in 2025 and specifically looked at spreads, commissions and overnight funding rather than treating the spread as the only cost.

Mark Francis of the FCA summarized the issue well:

“CFDs are complex, risky products and it is vital that providers communicate clearly and provide fair value.”

That is also how I would approach a broker comparison.

Do not ask only:

What is the spread?

Ask:

What will this trade cost from opening to closing?

Does the US$100 minimum deposit count as a trading cost?

Not exactly.

Paradise currently lists a US$100 or equivalent minimum deposit for its Standard, Pro and Raw accounts.

That is the minimum funding requirement currently shown on the account page.

It is not the same thing as a fee.

The money remains trading capital in the account, subject to trading activity, losses, withdrawals and the applicable terms.

This distinction matters because a US$100 minimum deposit does not mean a trade costs US$100.

Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?

I would not publish a fixed Paradise Global Markets deposit or withdrawal fee unless it is confirmed in the current client portal or official payment terms.

The public account and trading conditions pages I reviewed clearly disclose spreads, commissions and minimum deposits, but I did not find a universal fixed deposit or withdrawal fee stated there.

Payment providers, currencies and withdrawal methods can also have their own costs.

For the most accurate figure, check the funding screen before submitting a transaction.

My four number test before placing a trade

Before I enter a position, I want to know four numbers.

The live spread

Not the minimum advertised spread. The spread on the screen now.

The commission

If the account charges one.

The expected overnight cost

Especially if I may keep the position open.

The position size

Because nearly every cost becomes more meaningful as trade size increases.

That gives me a far better picture than looking at “0.0 pips” in isolation.
